EZKR Management BiosAlan S. Chalfin, CPA, MBA - Partnerachalfin@ezkrcpa.comAlan has over thirty years of both public and private accounting experience. He started his professional career at Arthur Andersen & Co., leaving to become the controller of a not-for-profit low income housing development corporation. He then taught accounting at Hostos Community College (part of the CCNY system) before leaving to join Xerox where he spent ten years working in the Latin-American Division, Retail Stores Division and Corporate Headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. In 1986 Alan started his own CPA practice developing a niche in the audits of not-for-profit and low income housing organizations. In 2003 he merged his practice into EZKR, and is now the partner in charge of not-for-profit audits.
